Assign Task to User

You can assign a task by choosing the applicable task for the user and by filling out the user search section.

Begin by selecting a task from the drop down menu.

You begin the assignment by entering the user search criteria.

Last Name, First Name: Enter the name of the individual you are searching for.
Email:  If you know the individual's email, you may enter it here.
City, State:  The geographic location may help narrow the list of individuals you are searching through.
ZIP:  Address related information.
Company User ID:  If you know the individual's User ID, you may enter it here.

After you finish entering the criteria, click Search Profiles. From the list generated you will be able to select a user. If you leave all the fields empty and click Search Profiles then all users will be displayed in a list format.

Locate the desired user and click the Assign to User button next to the user you would like to assign to.

Once you click assign to user a confirm assignment of task to user is displayed. This is simply to confirm the name and email address of the person you picked.

The Message field provides a way of conveying an additional message to the assignee. This field is not required.

The available buttons for this screen are as follows:

Confirm:  Completes the assignment and assigns the user to the task.
Back to Search:  This button brings you back to the list of users where you can remake your selection.
Back to Demand:  When this button is clicked you go back to the current demand.
