The Batch Printing feature of E-Subro Hub provides a method for the creation of PDF based demand packages used to integrate the demand information back into an internal claim system.

The ability to Batch Print is a specific privilege and configuration that must be given by a Security Administrator to an individual user.  See Batch Print Administration.

The Batch Printing page displays those demands which have either had an action performed that is defined as one where a print is needed or been manually sent to the batch.

Click Print Next Batch to create the next set of PDF's from the available list. The number of PDF files that are generated, as well as the number of demands pulled from the list, are determined by the settings chosen by your administrator.

If you have multiple business units assigned to you, you may add or remove the demands for a particular unit by clicking Select Business Units, checking or unchecking the corresponding box in the Enabled column, and clicking Update to commit the changes.

You can modify the displayed list by selecting the desired category from the Show Demands drop down list. Click Refresh to apply the new selection.

Viewing an individual PDF can be accomplished by clicking the appropriate PDF icon. Viewing the demand in this way will not remove the item from the list of items to be processed.

You may choose the demands to generate by checking the box next to the desired demands and clicking Print Selected Demands.
