Demands must be manually entered into the E-Subro Hub by the demanding party.

In order to be able to add demands, your company needs to be setup as an active E-Subro Hub company.

If you do not see the Add Demand menu item, you need to check the following:

1.Ask your E-Subro Hub Administrator if you've been given the privilege to issue demands.  You need to have the proper privilege, or you will not see the Add Demand menu item.
2.If your company doesn't have an E-Subro Hub Administrator, its likely that your company is not setup as an active E-Subro Hub company.  Please have an individual with appropriate authority contact Arbitration Forums about becoming an active E-Subro Hub company.

Note: If entering the claim/policy number via a Windows “Paste” function, the keyboard shortcut (Ctrl-V) is the recommended method.
9.Click Save and Continue to proceed with the demand creation OR click Cancel to end the creation of the demand.
10.After clicking Save and Continue, E-Subro Hub then pre-fills the collected information into the Demand Detail tab, where you will continue with the demand creation process.

After entering your claim/policy number in the Add Demand screen, E-Subro Hub checks for the existence of any possible related demands. If demands are found that may be related, those demands will be displayed.

Depending on your relationship to the potentially related demand, you may have the option to create either a Companion or Counter Demand by clicking the appropriate button.

If you wish to proceed without relating the demand being created, click Ignore and Continue OR click Back.
