If you've assigned tasks to other users, you'll need a way to see those tasks, and determine their status. The My Tasks page can help you do this.

Use the filter section at the top of the page to focus the list of tasks.

See the Task Status column to determine if the task is Open or Completed or Reassigned.

The My Tasks page contains the following:

Click to expand/collapse Task Filter Options

Click Show Filter Details to open the filter. Use the filters in the Task Filter page to narrow the list of tasks.  This lets you view only those that matter to you.

Role:  Allows you to set the filter according to your role. Select I am the assigner to show only the tasks you have assigned.
Task Type:  Allows you to focus on a certain type of task such as Add Evidence, Verify Damage Amounts, or Determine Liability.
Status:  Allows you to narrow the search based on whether the task has been flagged as Open, in Process, Completed, Rejected or Errored.
Retrieve Tasks:  Used to change the list of results each time a change is made to a filter.

Click to expand/collapse Tasks and Task Status

After the filter has been applied, tasks and task statuses are shown in the list.

The task name in the Task column displays as a link.

Click the task name (e.g. Verify Damage Amounts) to move directly to the page where the task information exists.

TPA column notes if the demand is being handled by a TPA.

To assign a task to another user or business unit, open the demand for which the task will be assigned.

In the Demand Action Menu Bar, click the Assign menu item and choose the type of assignment you'd like to complete.

Assign Task to User:  Assigns a task to an individual. The individual will be able to see a listing of tasks to be completed.
Assign Task to Business Unit:  Assigns a group of individuals in a business unit a task to perform on a demand.

For more specific information regarding Assigning Tasks, see the Assign Task to User or Assign Task to Business Unit page.
