E-Subro Hub provides a number of Preset Demand Lists to help you view the demands using different pre-built filters. My Work List is considered the primary Preset Demand List and this topic discusses the remainder of the preset lists.

From the AF Main Menu

From the AF top level menu, choose the E-Subro menu option and find preset demand lists under the My Demands option.

From within a Demand List

Once you are viewing a Demand List, you can change between preset lists using the Current List drop-down menu.

The following preset demand lists are available:

Issued Demands:  Shows demands from the perspective of the demanding company (the company who created and/or issued the demand). By default, shows outstanding demands that are owned by you or your Team (Business Unit) and have been issued within the last 8 weeks. You can customize this list by clicking the "Show Filter Details" button, and modifying the filter choices to suit your needs.  See Custom Demand Lists for more information.
Pre-Issued Demands: Shows demands that are created but not yet issued. You can customize this list by clicking the "Show Filter Details" button, and modifying the filter choices to suit your needs.  See Custom Demand Lists for more information.
No Response Demands: Shows demands that have not been responded to in 15+ days. By default, demands are shown from the perspective of the demander. This can be changed to show no response demands from the responder perspective (using the "Role" filter). You can customize this list by clicking the "Show Filter Details" button, and modifying the filter choices to suit your needs.  See Custom Demand Lists for more information.
All Responses: Shows demands from the perspective of the responding company. You can customize this list by clicking the "Show Filter Details" button, and modifying the filter choices to suit your needs.  See Custom Demand Lists for more information.
Other User's Work List: Shows demands from the perspective of another user's My Work List and can be accessed ony from the Current List dropdown menu. After selecting the user whose list you would like to view, you will be able to view and work from that list without taking ownership of the individual demands.

Click the Show Statistics link to open the Demand Filter Statistics pop-up.

This will show:

Sum: A sum of the Total Demand and Total Response amounts for the demands that currently appear in your filtered list.
Count: A count of the demands that have a Total Demand or Total Response amount. (all demands must have a total demand amount. Not all will have a total response amount).
Average: The average Demand or Response amount for each demand that includes one of those values. (Note: This average is the Sum divided by the Count)

Note: When you change the list page filters to include or exclude some of the demands, the Statistics pop-up will reflect those filter changes.
