The concept of Team Handling is primarily about a method of working in E-Subro Hub but it does require a minor amount of setup and understanding in order to use it.

Business Units (teams) must be set up and have all those users who are part of the team assigned to the Business Unit.

Users are assigned to Business Units within User Maintenance.

Demands that are to be worked by the team should be assigned to the Business Unit - not the individual user.

Demands which are assigned to the Business Unit will be seen on the My Work List of every user who belongs to the Business Unit.

Demands which are assigned to the individual user will be seen on the My Work List of only that user.
